Owned the long term strategy and short-term product features for the customer service platform
Collaborated with engineers across 10 different teams to define a roadmap for decommissioning and consolidating 20 legacy platforms over a projected 3 year migration period
Led the implementation of a new associate-facing phone disclosure interface. Responsible for all aspects of the feature, including interaction design, feature scoping, and release planning
Qi also has experience across the financial services industry.
He was a software engineer at Balyasny Asset Management, a hedge fund with ~$30B assets under management, where he landed data pipelines to provide data and insights to inform investment decisions.
Before that, he spent a year in institutional banking at Citi’s Latin American headquarters, building out a revenue model to quantify strategic growth opportunities in the region.
